Care Instructions

All items in my shop are hand crafted or customized. While all items are made to last, durability is not guaranteed if item(s) are not treated with care. Please review the care instructions packaged with your items for best use of your product.

Custom and Personalized Orders

All tumbler orders welcome personalization as able. Sizing and placement of personalization will depend on the design and size of your tumbler. At the moment, personalization is mostly reserved for name(s). Message me if you have something in mind that you do not see as a listing!

Gift Wrapping and Packaging

Packaging is my favorite part of the process, and all items are packaged with attention to detail. At the moment, gift personalization is limited to the shop generated gift note. While your package may not be gift wrapped, the contents of your package will be assembled in a gift-ready fashion!

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

I do not accept returns or exchanges, but please message me if you have any issues with your order. If an exemption is made to accept a return or exchange, the buyer should expect to cover associated fees for shipping and processing.

Do you provide shipping updates?

All orders placed through my shop will generate a USPS tracking number unless a local (Houston) delivery is identified. Once shipped, all notifications will come directly from USPS, and will be available via the tracking link.

Once shipped, I am no longer responsible for the status of the order, and buyers should contact USPS directly for any concerns with shipping notifications or delays.

What fees can buyers expect?

When purchasing from my shop, buyers should expect to pay fees in addition to the price of the item listing. Fees include sales tax, shipping cost, and may also include a processing fee.

The price of the listing reflects the work that went into hand crafting your item and may be adjusted at my discretion to account for increases in fees associated to the seller.

However, the price of the listing will not reflect fees attributed to buyers, so please anticipate a variable increase to the final price of your purchase.

Wholesale availability

At this time, we do not have any wholesale availability. The goal is to expand to wholesale in late 2022 or early 2023.

What are your shipping costs?

Shipping costs depends on item size and weight. Few items in my shop consist of fixed shipping prices (most commonly: stickers). Buyers can view shipping costs at checkout.

Can you assist with delivery concerns?

All orders made through my shop will generate a tracking link unless local (Houston) delivery is identified. Once shipped, USPS is solely responsible for the delivery of your item.

Please contact USPS directly if your item appears as delivered but has not arrived, or if no update on your item is available days after receiving your shipping notification.

Should USPS encounter delivery issues resulting in additional costs for delivery, buyers will be responsible for associated fees required for delivery of your item.
